A few years ago a family member had very unfortunate criminal matter occur. It was a very emotional and serious situation in which my family member was looking at jail time. In these types of circumstances, I generally would reach out to 2 or 3 lawyers to get various approaches and opinions, however, Nick was my first call. Within a matter of minutes, I knew I had the right lawyer for this type of criminal case and opted to engage him immediately. Leading up to the case, I was in communication with Nick and was feeling pretty confident that agreed strategy was going to be successful. When that family member's day in court came and we were all on pins and needles... Nick got the case dismissed! Recently, I hired a company to handle some home repairs, and after three days of work, and my wife and I being displaced, they ended up screwing up the repairs even more. I was livid. I called Nick and he walked me through everything I needed to do in the event that I would have to file a lawsuit or take them to small claims. I told the manager of the company that I had talked to my lawyer and conveyed to him what Nick advised me to say -- needless to say -- they sent me a check reimbursing me for the full amount!
